My name is Keilani Rose. I was born on Sunday, August 26 at 9:58 AM. I weighed in at 7.4 pounds and am 20 inches long. My mommy is recovering well and I’m just getting used to all this bright light. I feel loved and adored, already. I can’t wait to meet all of you! My parents took this picture of me today and I thought I would share it with you. My hat is covering my full head of shiny, pretty hair, but it’s there.

Wait ’til you get to know your mom and dad a little better. They’re are full of love and SO MUCH FUN. They’ll probably embarrass you a little, because that’s what parents do best, but trust me, they’re about the coolest parents you could have.
In fact, Miss Keilani, you’re the newest member of one of my favorite families anywhere, and I can’t wait to meet you.

Hi Kailani Rose…We welcome you into our hearts and love you already!!!! You are simply adorable just like we knew you would be! We all are so very happy for you…that words can’t begin to express our joy! It’s wonderful to log in and see new photos as they come up…..it makes us feel that we are not so far away until we get a chance to see all of you in person! I took the first photo to Grandma Bergeron last night and she was delighted; and thought little Kailani Rose (love her name) was just beautiful! I promise to bring her current photos as I get them.

Hello Kailani, I just know that you and I are going to be great friends. I can’t wait to start showing you the ways of the world. We’ll start with the basics…, like golf, fishing, play station, pool, darts, ping pong, oh ya and gambling. Your only 5 days old but I already love you more then you can know, and understand that I am here for anything you could posible need.

Good saturday to you baby girl. Did you all have a good night? Beautiful day at the coast. Good morning keilani! We are just thinking about you and printed some pictures out of you and it is very hard to be here and not seeing you in person. Daddy and mommy are getting the hang of things and doing a very good job at that. Bet you felt better after your first bath. Taking Aunt Mona to the store today. Hello keilani, How do you like earth? Good parents, grandma’s and grandpa’s, Aunt and Uncles cousins…ect. learning brand new things. Hearing new noises. See different movements. I saw your great cousin Jack Ford the other day and he a cutie! He has dark hair like yours. Jack was talking to me with his eyes and rounding his mouth as if he was saying hello to his great great Aunt Jackie. Well, we are changing our dates to come and see you. Good Sunday to you Keilani. I hear your Uncle Jerry was visiting.
Pretty warm here at the coast. It is about 80 here and that is pretty warm for us. Are you staying cool? I bet you are; knowing your Daddy and Mommy would have the air conditioning on. You know Keilani, Grandpa is an air conditioning man and we don’t have a air conditioner. Your Daddy and Mommy are smart. Can’t wait to see you and hold you and play with you. We will see you soon.
